The Entreprenista Podcast is a weekly show featuring the stories of successful female founders and what it's really like to run a business. Hosted by Stephanie Cartin & Courtney Spritzer, co-founders of Socialfly, a leading social media marketing agency, each episode goes beyond what you see on Instagram and into the nitty-gritty of growing and scaling a company effectively from women who’ve done it. Consider this the most fun business meeting you’ll ever have.

Liana joins us today to share her career journey from New York paralegal to marketing powerhouse, where she rose through the ranks quickly due to a work ethic and focus that will take your breath away.

Liana discusses what mentorship means to her and why hard truths from your mentor are as crucial as the skills they can teach you. She discusses the forward-thinking you should employ when striving for a promotion and how you can canvas for that position by doing the job before you get it. Liana reveals the two questions she asks every job candidate and what else she’s looking for when hiring. We also discuss parenting and the workplace and why being upfront about your boundaries and working hours in this current lockdown era is more important than ever before.
